ORDER PROCESSING


Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, new product launches, sales, or periods of high order volume.


Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products may require additional production time.


Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.


SHIPPING TIMES


Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method, carrier, and destination.


Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION


When available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once their order has been shipped.


Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.


SHIPPING ADDRESS


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.


If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment or has shipped.


LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES


Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.


If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your package appears to be missing, please contact us and the carrier so the issue can be investigated.


If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting the carrier.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
