At OVRWRKD N UNDRPD, we take pride in creating apparel and accessories for first responders, healthcare professionals, and those who show up when it matters most. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.


To qualify for a return or exchange:


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or other signs of wear.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of confirmed delivery.


Items returned in used, washed, damaged, or altered condition may not be accepted.


CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS


Because custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, all sales on these items are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.


Please carefully review spelling, sizing, colors, and other customization details before placing your order.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.


Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can review the problem.


If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.


SIZE EXCHANGES


Please review the product’s sizing information before ordering.


If you ordered the wrong size and the item is eligible for an exchange, you may request an exchange within the return period. Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the incorrect size was sent by us.


Availability of replacement sizes is not guaranteed.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS


For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. This may include personalized or custom-made merchandise, final-sale or clearance merchandise, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.


Any non-returnable status will be identified where applicable.


REFUNDS


Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.


Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.


RETURN SHIPPING


Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


We recommend using a trackable shipping method. OVRWRKD N UNDRPD is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged before they are received.


Do not send a return without first contacting us for return instructions.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS


Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.


We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production, fulfillment, or shipping has begun.


FINAL SALE ITEMS


Products clearly marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
